Overbrook Entertainment is an American entertainment company based in Culver City, California. It was established by Will Smith and James Lassiter (Will Smith‘s road manager turned producer and long time friend) between 1997 and 1999, and produces music, films and TV shows. Smith’s wife, Jada Pinkett Smith, joined the company as a partner after she married him.
